Project Manager to work with a Mayo-based building contractor.
This role might suit an experienced Project Manager or a Senior
Engineer who is looking for their first management role.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
Support the Site Managers, ensuring site works are completed safely in
line with the programs and in accordance with the project drawings,
specifications & Building Regulations.
Management of projects technical and engineering requirements (RFIs,
Submittals, Shop Drawings, etc.).
Site Surveys
Ensure quality control measures on projects are implemented and are in
line with the overall BCAR plans.
Identify any information gaps and develop solutions
Provide advice on all aspects of design.
Develop and maintain close relationships with all appropriate internal
and external stakeholders, including customers, sub-contractors and
supply chain
Visit projects as necessary.
Based in Co Mayo with travel to sites and meetings as required.
The successful candidate should have the following attributes and
experience:
Degree qualified
5 + years post-graduate experience.
Competent in all aspects of set out, survey & level.
Experience working on residential projects.
Ability to formulate plans and execute in line with budget and
timeline.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
